Mac-group pride themselves on solid relationships with each other and with their clients. As the cornerstone of the mac-group philosophy, how their people and projects were featured was a key consideration of their design brief. Mac-group projects are all about show-casing their experience, presenting true visual scale, beautiful structures and finishes and the management accuracy required throughout their process. Strong visual impact matched with the simplicity of key information points and navigation were to be staple UX requirements of the mac-group on-line experience.
How the brief was fulfilled
Video has great power to motivate and influence people and the majority of first-time visitors were impressed by the cinematic video quality of this homepage. Its not like anything they had ever seen before in this service industry. Moving through spaces in various states of construction/deconstruction has proven to immediately drive user engagement.
Key team members are introduced using slow-motion video segments and users are presented with mac-group’s honest approach to being a people-driven company. Upfront, direct and honest. The way they like to do business. Introducing video at this very high-level of production also pitch the company way ahead of its competitors.
With customers demanding an amazing experience every time they engage with a brand, those expectations don’t change when they move from device to device or to formats often never anticipated. As touch-points multiply, its no longer sustainable for any brand to craft an experience for each screen and channel. The mac-group project portfolio responds by snapping to wide-screen for maximum viewing quality.
