“The Nicki Hoyne Collection is high quality, luxury accessories. I want people to buy pieces that they love, to cherish and enjoy fashion instead of consuming it and throwing it away. I design with fun, quality and colour in mind. I want people to feel comfortable and that my designs are practical and unique to them.

I believe the world; the market and consumers are experiencing great change. I want to champion innovation to fully sustainable materials and processes while maintaining that thrill, excitement and fun associated with shopping and fashion.

The collection consists of classic, practical shapes with fun colours and textures in high quality finishes. I launched with a cross body bag in October 2020 and added a shoes in April 2021. The reaction has been incredible. We have secured coverage widely across Irish Press & Media. We are stocked at Wolf & Badger in London & New York. The collection featured at Brown Thomas CREATE 2021 where it was a top seller. We will be stocked at Brown Thomas and Arnotts from October.

Sustainability is very important to me. Products are made in Spain by certified manufacturers. Materials are sourced close to factory to ensure they are as sustainable as possible. We use responsibly sourced leather. The cotton lining is 100% recycled and our glitter is 40% recyclable. We created a small coin purse using offcuts of our leathers to avoid waste. Packaging Is Biodegradable/Compostable/Recyclable.

My background is in sales & marketing. I have worked with international brands such as, Nintendo, Diageo, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein & Balenciaga. In 2014, I founded award-winning online accessories store My Shining Armour. It shipped to 40+ countries & appeared in Vogue, Cosmopolitan & Grazia as well as widely across Irish media. In 2018 I launched “The Hero Podcast” sharing unedited stories of insight & inspiration. I have spoken at Tedx and live between Kilkenny & London.
